Manama é la capitale e la più grande città del Bahrain, una metropoli moderna e cosmopolita dove convivono una pluralità di etnie.
Il Museo Nazionale rappresenta il luogo di maggiore interesse della città.
A Manama si trova la Moschea del Venerdì, costruita nel 1938.
Oltre al centro città da visitare il Bab Al-Bahrein che é la zona deputata allo shopping locale dove, tra le stradine del suk, si possono acquistare gioielli e oggetti d’antiquariato per poi raggiungere l’elegante zona di Adliyah.
La Moschea di Al-Fateh è l’edificio più grande del paese in grado di accogliere fino a 7000 fedeli.
